Bo’s ancestors have resided in Washington County since the early 1800s. Bo was born in Fayetteville, and has resided there for most of his life.
In 1963 and 1964, Bo served as a United States Senate page under the patronage of Senator J.W. Fulbright.
Upon graduation from Fayetteville High School in 1966, Bo enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, and served in Vietnam, and Washington, D.C. He was also voluntarily activated for Operation Desert Storm, and was assigned first to Headquarters, Fleet Marine Force, Europe, and later to Headquarters Marine Corps.
After a wide variety of experience in the working world, Bo followed a lifelong interest in law by opening his own law practice in Fayetteville in 1995.
Over the years, Bo has narrowed his practice to criminal defense and related civil actions. He is passionate about protecting the rights and dignity of the underdog, assuring that everyone facing the power of the government receives fair treatment, and gets the best possible result.
